JOB SUMMARY – The Manager of Implementations is responsible for supporting the implementation of all Supply Chain operations. The Manager of Implementations supports integration of Parallon’s best practices, assists with system implementations including but not limited to Master File build and is available for any assistance/support with the customer base. Additionally, the Manager of Implementations will integrate with any necessary departments (i.e. IT, PTS, SSC, etc.), and this role will be responsible for working with project management to implement and track project plans related to all implementation projects. This position will also be responsible for on-site support for any go-live engagements.
Position will include up to 80% travel.
DUTIES (included but not limited to) –
Onsite support for Implementation of the infrastructure project plan for the facility. This includes SMART cleanup, master file standardization/clean-up, and online requisitioning
Support the Implementation of the infrastructure project plan to the Consolidated Service Center. This includes working with the facility to implement the necessary standard processes to consolidate the Purchasing, Customer Service, Accounts Payable, and Internal Control functions into a consolidated environment
Assist with the implementation and operational plan for all of the point of use systems
Raise facility based supply chain issues and improvement opportunities to leadership for resolution
Ensure useful knowledge is captured, communicated and promote sharing of information
Perform operational assessments to validate performance standards are optimized for both facility operations and CSC operations including Purchasing, Customer Service, and Internal Control activities
Responsible for working with Project Management to update any project plan
Responsible for facility based supply Chain customer satisfaction
May assist in conducting facility based assessments to identify gaps in processes
Perform other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Extensive knowledge of healthcare and facility based supply chain operations. Skill in implementing new technology. Possess exceptional implementation skills and presentation skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Excellent Interpersonal skills and organization skills required. Project management required and understanding of the IT environment and supply chain systems dependencies. Ability and will to travel 70%- 80%.
College Graduate preferred, may consider equivalent work experience.
