Responsibilities:Work with Program Director in implementing Quality Assurance functions for the division.

Responsible for statistical reporting and queries, working with Programs on the development of Outcome Measures, and maintaining documentation in accordance with the standards/regulations of the Agency and funding sources.

Work with Program Director in overseeing of compliance with all DPH and Managed Care licensing/credentialing standards and regulations.

Supervise a variety of administrative and operative tasks and provides primary interface between the program and the Administrative Offices, Personnel, Training, IS/IT, and Property Departments.

Work with Program Director on the development, writing & preparation of contracts, proposals, accreditation applications (CARF), licensing packages, and annual reports.

Coordinate CARF accreditation Survey Preparation for Programs.

Promote the development, coordination and implementation of all IS and Quality Assurance functions as they relate to the program.

Promote standardization of systems and communication while providing training & technical assistance as needed in this area.

Facilitate staff training as appropriate, including but not limited to, CPR & Standard First Aid, Core Competency Training,

Represent the Division on the Health & Safety Committee, Training Committee, as HIPAA Privacy Officer and with attendance at external meetings as needed.

Coordinate ADA compliance and perform annual accessibility assessments .

Plan annual staff appreciation dinner and other related division events .

Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Sociology, Psychology or a related field plus at least 3 years working experience in the administration of programs within the substance abuse continuum.

Demonstrated professional writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Email and Internet Services.
