Philips Complaint Investigator (m/f) - temporary in Boeblingen, Germany

Your challenge

As a member of the Quality & Regulatory Affairs department, the complaint investigator supports the investigation of product complaints, decides about reporting to competent authorities and monitors product quality potentially leading to corrective actions and product improvements.

Your responsibilities

  • Investigation of product malfunctions, product design and labeling problems, customers’ application problems as well as customer dissatisfaction issues

  • Assuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including timely investigations and timely reporting according to regulatory requirements

  • Analyze product quality, safety, and reliability issues and escalate as required to management and other departments

  • Initiate and facilitate corrective or preventative actions as needed.

  • Drive communication with customers and competent authorities

  • Participate in cross-functional teams related to product issues and support quality and product teams.

  • Support medical incident reporting to Competent Authorities.

  • 3+ years industrial experience

  • Education in a Technical or Clinical discipline or equivalent professional qualification and experience

  • Education/Experience in the quality, compliance or regulatory area, preferably in a healthcare environment

  • Experience in a regulated industry environment

  • Knowledge of quality tools/techniques and analysis methods

  • Experience in an international environment

  • Good German written and oral communication skills
