Job Description

Jack Henry & Associates seeks the self-driven, the detail-oriented, and the technology passionate to join our team of Software Implementation Coordinators for the Core Director Teller product. The Core Director Teller product allows the financial institution to process the day to day teller functions. This position will focus on the full life cycle of product installation from product installation kickoff to live conversion. The Implementation Coordinators works with the financial institutions to go through product design and training, installation of the software and servers for Core Director Teller.

This position can be worked from our Springfield MO, Monett, MO, or Birmingham AL office.   • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a financial institution, or in a software implementation role, or a technical product support or technical support role.

  • Must be able to travel at least 50% of the time. Travel is usually at least 1 time per month and at a week at a time. Travel is usually during the work week, but can be on the weekends if needed.


  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in an IT discipline

  • Working Knowledge of Core Director, Core Director Teller, or Vertex Teller

  • Experience leading technical training class


  • Serves as a leader and resource for the installation team members.

  • Prepares customer for implementation. Conducts readiness reviews, ensuring all aspects of setup are complete.

  • Establishes guidelines/time-frames to ensure a successful installation. Ensures milestones are met. Monitors all phases of the installation and escalates issues when necessary. May interact with project manager.

  • Exercises the responsibility and authority to take steps to ensure a successful installation.

  • Troubleshoots issues once implementation is complete.

  • Conducts exit reviews. Documents issues, ensuring they are not repeated in subsequent conversions.

  • May train installation team personnel. May reinforce training to customers and/or provide guidance in training customer personnel.

  • May participate in new release activities.

  • May identify items that are outside the scope of a standard installation and participate in project activities related to those items.

  • May participate in sales turnover meetings to schedule and determine the scope of the project
