Our product and your responsibilities
The Sales Manager Computational Pathology is responsible to map out territory and identify market potential. The candidate is driven by vision and passion, entering and developing new markets for our sophisticated portfolio of algorithmic image analysis software, educational tools and research workflow platform technology. State of the art software with a straightforward, no nonsense workflow, with the aim of supporting the pathologist with informed and highly consistent tumor information and streamlining molecular pathology processes through optimization of tumor content and purity. E.g. our software reduces time spent on tumor research analysis by 40%, saves up to 30% of costs in biomarker discovery & drug clinical trials and improves accuracy by reducing false negatives.
Achieve regional Sales and Revenue targets
Drive market visibility by frequent customer visits, product demonstrations, evaluations, seminars and congresses.
Maintain superior relationships at multiple levels within accounts, including executive level.
Responsible for development and implementation of account plans and regional strategy.
Responsible for maintaining accurate account, opportunity and funnel data via online management.
Strong ability to analyze won deals, expectations, customer satisfaction (NPS), market, competition and trends and communicate winning tactics with colleagues.
Ability to develop relationships and collaboration with partners where required.

You will be considered an “first mover” to the Philips Emerging Businesses family which plans to expand by approximately 700 members in the next three years.
The Philips Digital Pathology Solutions (DPS) started in 2007. The group has established a worldwide business for digital pathology solutions encompassing the Philips Ultra-Fast Scanner for histo pathology slides and an Image Management System to combine as a healthcare diagnostic platform. The market launch of the first solutions was in 2011. The team is now expanding in North America, Europa and Asia.

Depending on experience, a year salary (fulltime) between €66000,-and €86000,- (including personal benefits package)

We are looking for
Strong and proven track record in Sales, preferably in more than one field and at hospital CEO/management level
Experience in Healthcare IT and high-end solution sales
Clearly apparent drive and passion, with intense desire for success.
Degree level education or equivalent. Extensive sales training.
Aspirations to grow within Philips as part of a rapidly expanding team.
Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to the Local Language(s)
Clinical knowledge and experience of modality / products in the IVD segment is an advantage
Preferable experience with SalesForce
