Your challenge

The Project / Communications Manager is supporting members of the Diagnosis & Treatment services team with the change management & internal communication. The overall direction, coordination, implementation, communications, execution, control and completion of general change management agenda as well as the specific focus on project SUN, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Translating this into a robust internal communication plan and own that communication plan including the execution of this internal communication plan. You will work closely with General Manager and Marketing Leader to make sure that the scope and direction of the services transformation is on schedule etc.

Your responsibilities

Key areas of responsibility

  • Lead change management in Diagnosis & Treatment services & owns coordinates the approach

  • Project - manage change management agenda & project

  • Accent on realization of change management & internal communication processes that has a set strategic direction involving multiple businesses.

  • Exercises judgment and influence on key process decisions within an area.

  • To develop/deliver communication strategies for internal service communication

  • Implement a change readiness measurement approach to understand the phase of the change journey.

Internal Communications

  • Creates, owns and drives the internal communication plan of Diagnosis & Treatment services and ensures a timely delivery of the internal communication agenda

  • Measure impact of our internal communication channels

  • Fosters excellent cross functional communications and integrates the work of the team to achieve business objectives

Your team

You will work in a highly motivated virtual service marketing team with team members working across the globe. You will work with all members of the Customer Service leadership team to drive the change management and internal communication of the Diagnosis & Treatment services team. The team has an open atmosphere and shares best practices to leverage them across the portfolio or globe. The team is characterized by a “self-starting” mentality and creating your own focus areas after consulting with the various stakeholders.

Education and work experience

  • Master degree with 7-10 year work experience

  • Track record in change management

  • Experience in communications (education and work experience)

  • Experience in the healthcare and/or consumer products domain

  • Experience working in a cross functional team and ability to work in a virtual team with a wide array of stakeholders (cross-functional, cross-layer)

  • Experience with working in a business with complex market/channel structures

  • Broad experience in project management

  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills but also hands-on

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized, passionate and goal-oriented
