Experience :

  • 14+ Years of hands-on software development experience preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities and Key Result Areas:

  • Responsible for end to end System / Software platform & product Reliability from technical perspective.

  • Analyzing & understanding assigned requirements from an end user perspective and ensuring high quality of market releases accordingly.

  • Define & deploy DFR tools & techniques.

  • Define & track Reliability Metrics & ensure continuous improvement while catering to quality standards & regulatory compliance.

  • Performs technical reviews to ensure robust architecture for Reliability elements.

  • Conduct Feature Deep Dives with cross-functional team members.

  • Coaching junior team members in software engineering aspects to achieve 'First Time Right' deliverables.

  • Develop coding and testing standards / guidelines to ensure highest level of code quality.

  • Contributing to SRS for complex modules/SDS/Design documents for the key modules from Reliability perspective.

  • Support program management to plan Reliability actions.

  • Support integration activities for reliable software - hardware interactions.

Skill Set :

  • Robust understanding Software Design & end to end SDLC .

  • Knowledge of industry reliability tools such as Weibull.

  • Knowledge of software industry reliability practices, tools & metrics.

  • Hands on Software development experience.

  • Ability to understand complex design patterns & system decomposition.

  • Ability to understand & work with abstract concepts.

  • Experienced in working with cross-functional, multi-site, multi-cultural environment.

  • Has exposure to Agile / SAFe way of working.

  • Knowledge of Quality standards and healthcare regulations.
