Summary:PHLY is looking for a recruiter who has a ‘Niche’ for Social media. We are looking for someone with a background in Sourcing, Recruiting, HR, or digital marketing. The ideal candidate will help us align the strategy of and execution behind our social medial initiatives to ensure we meet our Talent Acquisition goals. We are looking for someone that will be on the cutting edge of social media strategies and help expand Philadelphia Insurance Companies’ employment brand.

This role will be responsible the following:•Content design, creation, channel management, and our social media calendar.•Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders in Marketing and other areas to align communication campaigns.•Monitor job aggregate boards and create alerts ensuring we engage our current and future employees.•Use social media efforts to help drive traffic to our career site and talent networks. Help build awareness around our job opportunities and recruiting events.•Design content that helps expand our employment brand using niche tools such as Talemetry, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube instagram, Pinterest, Google, Indeed, etc.•Explore / evaluate emerging social media opportunities & tools•Monitor ‘reviews’ on popular job boards and grow our social networking footprints.

As if that wasn’t enough you will also help support the Talent Acquisition team with recruiting efforts as needed. Must be willing to roll up sleeves and conduct full life cycle recruiting activities and carry requisitions if/when capacity is reached with existing team.

Preferred Qualifications:Consumer / Employment Brand experienceStrong creative skillsProject Management / Ability to establish and meet deadlinesExperience with digital marketingPHR or SPHR or related certification preferredBachelor's degree from a four-year college or university



Minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience with a preferred background in HR; specifically recruitment and/or staffing

Ability to negotiate and influence others

Manage large volume of email and voicemails

Excellent written and verbal communication
