TurnKey Vacation Rentals is a local vacation rental manager with headquarters in Austin, Texas, that provides a technology platform, accounting and service support. We were started by former HomeAway, Expedia, and Hotwire executives, with funding from major players in the online travel industry. We manage over 1500 properties in markets such as Austin, Nashville, Port Aransas, Palm Springs, San Diego, Santa Barbara, South Lake Tahoe and Park City. Our goal is to reinvent the vacation rental management space bringing better returns to owners and higher service to guests. TurnKey Vacation Rentals is looking for a talented & driven Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team in Austin.


• Qualify Inbound Leads

• Perform 50+ warm/cold calls into existing leads on a daily basis

• Build positive opportunities for General Managers/Outside Reps

• Directly and effectively communicate with General Managers/Outside Reps

• Accurately update CRM

• Ability to work non-standard hours and also some Saturdays (at least 1 body in office each Saturday)

• Know the Turnkey pitch and program and be able to professionally deliver the benefits


• 4 year degree preferred but not required

• 1-2 years sales experience/cold calling

• SalesForce CRM experience preferred

• Organizational skills needed

• Ability to multitask

• Professionalism

• Desire to have fun and get the job done
