TurnKey Vacation Rentals Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Austin, Texas
TurnKey Vacation Rentals (TurnKeyVR.com) is a leading, technology-enabled vacation rental management company started by former HomeAway/VRBO and Hotwire executives. We are based in Austin,TX and we manage over 1,800 properties in 30+ markets including Austin, Lake Tahoe, Port Aransas, Palm Springs, and Santa Barbara. We are growing rapidly and our goal is to become the largest firm nationally by offering homeowners advanced vacation rental management services, with higher revenues at lower cost.

What you'll do:
• Qualify Inbound Leads • Perform 50+ warm/cold calls into existing leads on a daily basis • Build positive opportunities for General Managers/Outside Reps • Directly and effectively communicate with General Managers/Outside Reps • Accurately update CRM • Know the Turnkey pitch and program and be able to professionally deliver the benefits
What you'll bring:
• 4 year degree preferred but not required • 1-2 years sales experience/cold calling • SalesForce CRM experience preferred • Organizational skills needed • Ability to multitask • Professionalism • Desire to have fun and get the job done
