Implementation Program Manager Job Description Turnkey Vacation Rentals is one of the fastest growing vacation rental property management company in the US, and we are seeking an Implementation Program Manager to help us continue to scale our onboarding operation. This individual will be responsible for driving the creation, execution, and management of the activation and maintenance of new vacation rental property listings on the Turnkey platform.
This individual will be responsible for working with the various operating divisions and field teams to help improve both quality and speed of the onboarding process. This includes communication and coordination with sales, field operations, account management and accounting, while directly managing the onboarding team.
Requirements • A solid understanding of implementation process management, with a demonstrated ability to increase throughput while assuring quality control through the process. • A demonstrated ability to design successful programs for external and internal stakeholders. • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills. The role requires a proven track record in program management, and broad execution capabilities. A requirement is to motivate, leverage, and manage internal teams in order to accomplish the program strategy. • Highly organized, analytical, data driven approach to support program decisions. • A firm understanding of program management fundamentals, but also open to learning how to be successful within Turnkey Vacation Rentals business model. You have managed cross-functional teams and developed programs that have elements of on-boarding and customer support. • Fluency with Salesforce CRM and case management application, including management reports & dashboard configuration. • 5+ years of experience in an implementation project and/or program management role. • Bachelor’s degree required
This position reports to the head of Client Services and works closely with sales, account management, field operations, development, and finance/accounting. The client success team is responsible for the growth and retention of Turnkey property owner partners, using Turnkey’s innovative approach to property management to deliver better, more consistent service at a lower cost to our property owners and guests.
