Philips Sr FP&A Analyst in Andover, Massachusetts
Drive business value and results through timely, accurate and insightful information. Support the BU controller and BG FP&A lead in ensuring all financial analysis and forecasting deliverables are met.
Work on the integration of exciting and growing business into Philips systems and processes. Be the “go to” person for all Philips financial reporting, analysis and forecasting processes for a business unit.
Works proactively with the Business Partner of BU IGT Devices and the PPA lead of BG IGT to deliver actionable, meaningful, accurate and timely reporting, analysis, insights and plans
Facilitate overall BG roll up/financials to support the BG FP&A lead.
Provides in-depth business insights by forward-looking analyses, and by translating variances in financial and non-financial KPIs for Group, BG’s, BMCs and functions into actions
Initiates, leads, executes analyses or process improvement projects x-CoEs/BG//BU/Market/Functions as well as E2E stakeholders, and ensures effectiveness and efficiency of the processes
Build an internal network with Business, Market and Function Heads of Finance, other FP&A and Finance pillars, other functions and the E2E community
Model Philips Leadership competencies and Finance ways of working.
Interact with functional peer groups. Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules.
Part of BU PPA team of FP&A within Health Systems. Specifically supporting BU IGT Devices. Also support BG IGT FP&A lead on BG level activities.

We are looking for
Bachelors and/or master’s degree in business or accounting
4+ years of experience in finance or similar functions
Intellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends & analysis through data
Strong analytical skills with ability to multi task
Advanced technical skills in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred) and PowerPoint
Experience with reporting & analytical tools.
Curious mind-set, with excellent communication skills
Work effectively in a small team
Ability to balance speed and accuracy
