Philips Senior Director Integrated Solutions - Oncology in Andover, Massachusetts

Your challenge:

Improve people’s lives through meaningful innovation by working across multiple businesses and markets to drive new integrated solutions in Oncology that make measurable improvements to patient care. This role will require strategy refinement, new business development and co-creation with customers and cross functional teams to solve complex problems in Oncology.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Refine, implement and communicate the Philips strategy for Oncology, driving organic & inorganic portfolio choices across the organization

  • Build the roadmap of configured integrated solutions that improve clinical and operational outcomes in Oncology

  • Support the deployment of oncology solutions in the markets, including new business models

  • Drive the development of configurable solutions through the deployment of hypothesis driven pilots with customers

  • Develop and manage to a cross Philips budget (direct control and in other organizations) meeting all delivery milestones

  • Maintain a network inside and outside Philips to include senior stakeholders, Key Opinion Leaders (KOL’s) to guide and implement Philips strategy in Oncology

Your Team:

This role will report to the Head of Integrated Solution (SVP) and will lead a small, agile team of resources from across the organization, to include solution architects, strategic marketing & some SW development.

This role will manage key stakeholders relationships with the Internal Advisory board including senior management from Business Groups, markets and Strategy & Innovation. Relationships will be maintained with External Advisory Board and KOL’s. You will be part of the integrated solutions core team, working with peers leading solutions development in other clinical areas. You will also work closely with the leadership of multiple businesses and markets as well as Philips Design & Research.

We are looking for:

  • 15 + years of experience in healthcare

  • Domain knowledge in Oncology is critical to this role and will be required

  • Successful candidates will have a strong background in strategic marketing and/or business / business development

  • Must have demonstrated ability to work closely with customers

  • Master’s Degree strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a matrix environment with excellent collaboration skills

  • Strong internal & external stakeholder management skills with the ability to program manage multi-stakeholder projects

  • Development of new business models including front end innovation & partners
