We welcome you to join Philips healthcare as an experienced Sales Business Analyst- Salesforce CRM, operating under the Director, Project Management.

Your Role

Do you know enjoy working with CRM tools and have experience working with a field sales team? If so, we challenge you to join our team as Sales Business Analyst to utilize your strong technical skills and understanding of to support the Philips Healthcare Organization.

Your Responsibilities

Problem Resolution

-Work to resolve CRM system issues/incidents communicated by the Project team and or Sales and Marketing Business Partners.

Project Management

-Lead and/or participate in creation and integration of new functionality and process improvement projects.

-Status Tracking and Reporting

-Issue and Risk Management

New Functionality / Change Request (CR)

-Gather and document requirements

-Complete all required forms, submissions and monitor progress

-Work design & development with Project Team and Implementation partners

-Develop test scripts for System Integration Testing (SIT) testing

-Perform System Integration Testing (SIT)

-Communicate and document User Acceptance Test plans, schedules and test cases

-Communicate and document implementation plans and schedules

-Assist with the management of solution implementation

-Document required process and/or technical changes

-Assist with the development and implementation of end user training

Processes and Documentation

-Create and/or review all business and/or quality process additions, changes and deletions

-Incorporate CRM System additions, changes and deletions into department process documentation. (Work instructions, process flow and technical documents)

-Advise and communicate any CRM System implications


-Develop and train stakeholders on standard reporting

-Create and/or train how to create Ad Hoc Reporting as needed per requester specifications and agreed upon dates.


-Interface with Program Team members, Sales, Marketing and Business Center Operations across Philips North America and other business partners to understand the Global Sales and Service North America (GSSNA) business needs and insure they are met

-Communicate to the CRM Program team any current and upcoming issues/events that will impact the SFDC End Users.

Your Team

Reporting to the Director, Program Management – CRM, you will interface with Program Team members, Sales, Marketing, Campaign Management and Business Center Operations across Philips North America and other business partners to understand Global Healthcare Sales and Services North America business needs.

Your Profile

-BA/BS degree with 5 - 7+ years’ experience in a technical/business related field

-Certifications: Lean, Green Belt, Agile and/or PMP are a plus

-Sales knowledge or experience working with Field Sales is a huge plus

-Salesforce / SFDC or other CRM experience desirable

-Positive can do attitude

-Results oriented and resourceful individual with strong leadership and interpersonal skills

-Demonstrated ability to drive, improve and develop processes

-Understand strategy and roadmaps of the business teams.

-Strong analytical skills combined with a pro-active attitude

-Determine appropriate end-to-end processes and tools needed to meet Program goals.

-Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization and be comfortable conducting presentations.
