Your Responsibilities

  • Support our Customer Service Line by Answering Product Division Inquiries Regarding Payroll, Benefit and Human Resource Issues

  • Counsel Employees on General Issues

  • Use CRM System To Log And Track 100% of Issues

  • Escalate Significant issues to Appropriate Departments

  • Research/Resolve All Phone & Email Requests

  • Support Department-Wide Initiatives to Maintain HR Operations Service Levels

  • Support Web Applications, User Training and Password Re-sets

We are looking for:

  • Must be fluent in Spanish both verbal and written.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Call Center Experience preferred

  • Verbal and Written Communication Skills are Particularly Important

  • Experience with Benefits/Human Resources/Payroll Preferred

  • Good Interpersonal Skills

  • Work hours are between 10:30am-7pm (Must be able to work some US holidays)
