We welcome you to join Philips healthcare as an experienced CRM Project Manager, operating under the Director, Project Management.
This position incorporates both project management and business analyst roles within North America Commercial Operations, Program Management Office (PMO) organization in our Bothell, Washington location. The project manager role will be responsible to ensure new tools and processes are efficiently and effectively integrated to achieve maximum productivity gains while meeting/exceeding the needs of the organization and maintaining proper business controls. The business analyst role will be responsible for maintaining existing processes, tools and supporting department end users. Department support will include rotating month end coverage and occasional weekend implementations.
-Participate and/or play a lead role in projects to improve processes and deploy automation/functionality.
-Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with business users and stakeholders.
-Effectively set, communicate and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
-Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
-Plan, track and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools; manage your own project deliverables to plan.
-Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals and requirements documentation.
-Build and foster business relationships vital to project success.
New Functionality/ Changes Requests (CR)
-Gather, document and submit requirements and business case.Monitor progress of submissions.
-Work collaboratively with IT on design & development, integration testing and release.
-Work closely with Business Center, Sales Ops, Finance and other teams to ensure solution alignment.
-Communicate and document User Acceptance Test plans /Schedules/test cases
-Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing
-Communicate and document Implementation plans
-Document required process changes
-Facilitate user training with Team Lead
-Review and maintain business processes for additions, changes and deletions.
-Deliver and maintain Standard and Ad Hoc Reports per prioritized requests, using SAP BW, Business Objects, Tableau, SAP R/3 and/or Access.
-Coordinate (with Team Lead) User Training for Changes & Enhancements.
-Create and maintain work instructions, process Flow and technical documents using Visio, Word and/or PowerPoint.
-Communication: Facilitate technical information sessions and periodic update meetings – highlighting current and upcoming events that will impact the Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC) Users, Stakeholders and the Programs Team.
-Provide Day-to-day process and application support; triage issues with the team; submit incidents to IT as required.
-Serve as the Business Center subject matter expert in SAP and other technical areas affecting Order Processing and other CFC processes.
-Lead and participate in technical/business initiatives impacting assigned process areas.
-Work with stakeholders, users and IT to facilitate SAP Issue Resolution, including Change Request and Incident management.
-Perform in-depth analyses using data from multiple sources to resolve problems and improve processes.
-Act as “Kaizen Leader” as part of Commercial Operations Lean Initiative.
-BA/BS degree with 7+ years experience
-Must have experience at large, enterprise companies, preferable high-tech companies (Healthcare industry experience in a Regulated environment desired)
-Strong Business Partnering, collaboration and project management skills
-Results oriented and resourceful individual with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and internal customer expectations effectively, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-Demonstrated ability to drive, improve and develop/document processes
-Experience with Commercial Supply Chain Operations and Sales Administration processes highly desired.
-Demonstrated skill and experience with SAP R/3 is a must; preferably in a Commercial/Operational environment (SD module)
-Experience extracting large datasets from enterprise data warehouses and performing complex data analyses
-Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex business and systems problems
-Experience with Business Objects, SAP Business Warehouse, Tableau and/or other reporting and data warehousing tools
-Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (expert preferred), Access, PowerPoint, Visio and Project applications
