Support the Markets by pro-active identification, assessment, mitigating and monitoring of risks (strategic, operational, financial, compliance)
Identify and document findings and make recommendations in line with the prescribed tools and methods
Provide input for the processes, ways of working and tools to ensure continuous improvement
Interact and engage with various stakeholders in the Group and on Market level
Support in other Risk Management Markets and Business Development support (RMM&BDs) related activities
You will report to the Senior Manager of RMM&BDs. You will be working out of our Headquarters in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. You will be part of a global team of highly talented professionals working on shaping our commercial organizations.

We are looking for
To be suitable for this role you are recently graduated (Master degree) in a relevant area (e.g. Finance, Economics, Law, International Relations, Accounting, etc). You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You display a high level of integrity, stress resistance, flexibility and creativity.
Furthermore you have:
Excellent reporting skills (Excel, Powerpoint)
Eagerness to learn
Fluency in the English language (reading and writing)
Experience Level: 1-3 years in a multinational company preferably in Healthcare-sector.
