Your team

You will be part of the University Leadership Academy team, reporting into the Head of Leadership Academy & Organization Development. You will be working closely with the Organization Development Partners responsible for the Change Management pillar in the Centre of Expertise. In addition you will collaborate with the University Learning Specialist to complete the implementation of the Change Management Curriculum. You will be in close contact with the Learning Enablement & Activation Partners, wider HR Community and Philips People Services (PPS) for the learning delivery, and with the Philips Excellence Practices to improve the application and alignment of the Change Management learning in Business Transformation.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the further development of the Change Management curriculum focusing on all three aspects: 70/20/10 (learning on the job – coaching – training) including reporting on progress, quality and results.

  • Deliver and facilitate the standard onsite (i.e. classroom) and offsite learning (i.e. webcast) to learners divided into Senior Leaders, Implementers, People Managers and Practitioners/Trainers.

  • Collaborate with Organization Development Partners, Learning Specialists, Learning Enabling & Activation Partners, PPS, SIM Forum, HR Business Partners and Philips Excellence Practices on methodology & tooling, training content, learning pyramids and delivery.

  • Establish and maintain online forums/communities for learners/practitioners to share questions, knowledge and best practices.

  • Work with Philips Change Management community to update and continuously improve training materials and maintain SharePoint/website.

  • Manage and maintain the internal Change Management Trainer pool.

  • Where possible, coach learners in change management projects.

  • Align learning technique to learners’ styles and preferences.

  • Stimulate learner motivation and encourage participation.

  • Stimulate sharing of knowledge and interventions before, during and after learning events.

  • Maintain expertise in Change Management.

  • Act as a soundboard towards learners before, during and after the event if required.

  • Define and deliver custom-made Change Management workshops as requested.

We are looking for

This position requires a strong independent personality who can talk enthusiastically and inspiring about Change Management at all levels in the organization. At the same time this position asks for a person who can make the explanation very practical for learners by sharing and building on his/her own experience in managing and leading large scale transformations.

Other criteria:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required;

  • You have a minimum of 10+ years Leading and Managing Change Management experience within a multinational organization including a background in Management Consultancy;

  • Broad experience in leading and managing change for large scale transformations and proven to be excellent in applying change management as well as explaining it passionately;

  • Certifications in Change Management are required; Excellent planning skills;

  • Excellent team player and ability to manage multiple stakeholders, specifically being able to put our internal customer, the market/business group, at the center and represent their interests in the overall approach in line with our Change Management standards;

  • Broad experience in delivering learning globally, specifically also for Senior Leaders;

  • Experience with different cultures and work with dedication and passion in a fast changing environment;

  • Experience in the Healthcare sector is a pre.

  • Fluent in English is a must, one or more modern languages is an advantage;

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, primarily within Europe.

  • This position is full time and located in Amsterdam or Eindhoven.
