Jack Henry and Associates Director of Network Brands- Card Processing Solutions in Allen, Texas
Responsible for managing the Billing/Settlement and Network Management teams, pricing, and compliance mandates. Partners with Sales, Finance, Legal and external brand networks to drive tactical and strategic decisions into the sustainability and growth for the Card Processing Solutions division. This position is highly visible and requires a motivated individual with strong people leadership, solid thought leadership, and proven experience in payments processing.
Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of experience in information technology, operations, networking or card processing support.
Must have minimum of 8+ years’ managerial experience being accountable for multiple departments.
Must have knowledge of technical, operational, and business aspects of card processing including debit, credit and prepaid, fraud detection, rewards, BI, ATM terminal driving, and gateway services.
Must have 12+ years’ managerial experience being accountable for three or more departments. Past departments managed should include a mixture of 3 from the following: Network Billing, Business Development with brand networks, product development, portfolio management, or compliance specific to payments processing. This experience must be from prior leadership jobs in national or regional brand networks, third party processors, or large financial institutions.

Experience with Changepoint, Hyperion, Oracle or other financial products.
Experience using BI or DW tools for research and analytics.
Excellent management skills with the ability to assign and monitor work.
Excellent project management, program and portfolio management and analytical skills including tools used to perform these duties.
Excellent writing, editing, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
Able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
Able to plan, manage, collect, analyze, summarize, and present data in order to support business decisions and solve problems.
Able to create executive-level results documentation and presentations.
Able to work in a high stress environment and meet aggressive deadlines.
Power user in Microsoft Excel and highly proficient with Word and PowerPoint.
Directs and controls the activities of the CPS billing and settlement team, Network Relations team, and staff responsible for brand growth.
Works with internal stakeholders to drive automation and elimination of errors in the daily, monthly, and quarterly billing and settlement processes.
Partners with Sales and Brand Networks establishing business development opportunities to increase transaction revenues, new customer business, and retention of existing customers.
Directly and indirectly manages the divisional activities for bi-annual compliance mandates.
Responsible as the focal point for managing relations with all networks for tactical and strategic needs.
Accountable for managing and monitoring division staff capacity via effective portfolio management disciplines and tools.
Directs the processes required to effectively analyze high volumes of data from a wide variety of sources to identify problems, perceptions, and potential trends; draws conclusions and advises management in business policies and practices.
Keeps executive-level management informed of departmental progress and problems through appropriate dashboards, metrics, and other reports.
Responsible for market competitive pricing analysis, product and service pricing, customer deal reviews, transaction analysis and trend reporting specific to the brand networks.
